Legends:
Formerly the tree of the town of Farum. According to the legend a lindword is hidden inside or below the tree. The lindworm hauls once every 100 years and after 3 centuries it will break free and cause a catastrophy.

Comments:
The tree fell in 1987 and was cut down to 1.5 m. It is healthy and has formed a new crown.
